The municipal executive, in its policy of informing and educating the population, decided to create local government radio broadcasting for entertainment and training in Farcha called FM Mandela. So officially, the radio began broadcasting from August 2, 2017 at the end of its inaugural ceremony honored by the representative of the HAMA (High Authority of Audiovisual Media) ex HCC. The objective of this Radio is to inform, educate, and raise awareness among the population on the various issues related to hygiene and sanitation in urban areas, environmental protection, citizenship, cohabitation peaceful and the list is not exhaustive. In six years of activity, the radio has produced 3,466 interactive broadcasts; 8114 broadcasts differ; 2467 live broadcasts and 20884 news bulletins for 214,845 Hours.
